For more than ten years, he has been committed to the development and promotion of the modern apple industry, and has accumulated rich experience in market analysis and modern orchard management. He provides year-round guidance in more than 20 large-scale apple planting bases such as Weihai Huafeng Fruit, No.51 Farm, Junpinyuan Farm, etc., and was appointed as a special consultant for the development of modern apple industry. He is the leader of modern fruit industry development in Weihai City. In 2009, he was the first to introduce and build 600 acres of short-stock densely planted modern apple orchards. By 2018, he leads to the development of 330,000 acres of modern orchards in Weihai City.
